The recent renovation at High Hampton Inn is incredible. At the Inn, guests can enjoy staying in one of the many staterooms on the second floor. Each room has a king or queen bed, a sitting area, and an en suite bathroom. 

The cottage rooms are steps away from the original Inn, and each building has multiple booking rooms. The cottage rooms offer either one king bed, one queen bed, or two queens, each with an en suite bathroom. The cottage suites are perfect for families with multiple rooms to offer everyone privacy. 

For a completely immersive experience, stay at the Mayapple Cottage. It’s ideal for families who want to be near the action with privacy for everyone. To appreciate everything nature offers, check out the Log Cabin tucked into the trees. The log cabin has one king bed with a private bathroom. 

The largest accommodation at High Hampton is Thorpe Cottage, with four bedrooms and ensuites. It’s the perfect option for larger families or even groups of friends.

Daily Activities at High Hampton Inn

Set in the mountains in Cashiers, North Carolina, enjoying the outdoors comes with the territory. Hampton Lake offers endless fun for the family with fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Fishing equipment is available for guests to rent. Guided experiences are also available; be sure to take the water safety course to feel comfortable on the water. Challenge your family members or friends to a game of croquet, tennis, or pickleball on the courts, developed under the direction of Andy Roddick. Sporting equipment and private instruction are available to perfect your skills while on vacation.

One of the newest renovations at High Hampton Inn is the golf course. Designed by acclaimed designer Tom Fazio, this par 71 course builds off the beautiful landscape to build a challenging and fun course. Private instruction is available but must be booked in advance. After your game, grab lunch at the Range House for a more casual dining option. 

For those looking to have a relaxing stay at High Hampton, the Spa is the place to be. You’re sure to leave relaxed and rejuvenated with everything from massages to facials.
